3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
이용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 명시된 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 안전하게 보관됩니다.
4. 위치정보 및 AI 서비스 관련 데이터 처리

위치정보: 본 서비스는 이용자의 대략적인 활동 지역을 인증하기 위해 위치 데이터를 활용합니다. 실시간 정밀 위치는 추적하지 않으며, 제3자에게 공유되지 않습니다.

AI 서비스 및 제3자 제공: AI 로컬 비서 기능 제공을 위해 이용자의 질의 내용은 익명화 처리된 후 외부 AI 모델 제공사(OpenAI, Google 등)의 API로 전송될 수 있습니다. 전송되는 데이터는 개인을 특정할 수 없는 상태로 처리되며, 오직 답변 생성 및 서비스 품질 개선 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 또한, AI가 생성한 로컬 정보는 참고용이며, 회사는 그 정보의 정확성, 완전성 또는 최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.
5. 미국 및 캘리포니아 거주자 특례 (CCPA/CPRA)
미국 캘리포니아주 거주 이용자는 다음과 같은 권리를 가집니다.

9. 아동 안전 표준 (Child Safety Standards)
깨알톡(Kkaertalk)과 개발사(YuunChloe LLC)는 아동 성학대 및 착취(Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 엄격하게 적용하며, 적용 가능한 모든 아동 보호 법령 및 규정을 엄격히 준수합니다. 당사는 아동을 보호하고 커뮤니티를 안전하게 유지하기 위해 최선을 다합니다.
사용자는 CSAE를 조장, 묘사, 권장하는 어떠한 콘텐츠도 생성, 업로드, 공유, 저장할 수 없습니다. 이 정책을 위반할 경우 즉각적인 계정 해지 조치가 취해지며, 위반 콘텐츠 및 사용자 정보는 관련 법 집행 기관에 즉시 신고됩니다.
앱 내 피드백 및 신고 메커니즘 (In-app Reporting): 깨알톡 앱 내에는 사용자가 부적절한 콘텐츠나 아동 안전을 위협하는 행위를 발견했을 때 즉시 제보하고 차단할 수 있는 기능적인 '신고하기' 및 '유저 차단' 피드백 메커니즘이 구현되어 있으며, 전담 팀에 의해 즉각 처리됩니다.

YuunChloe LLC ("Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Google Play's Child Safety policies. Personal information is destroyed immediately upon account deletion. However, certain information may be retained if there is a legal obligation to do so under applicable laws.
4. Data Processing for Location and AI Services

Location Data: We use approximate location data to verify your activity area. We do not track precise real-time locations, and this data is not shared with third parties.

AI Services & Third-Party Disclosure: To provide AI local assistant features, user queries are anonymized and may be transmitted to external AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google, etc.) via API. This data is processed in a non-personally identifiable state and is used solely for generating responses and improving service quality. Additionally, information generated by the AI is for reference purposes only, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
5. Special Provisions for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights:

YuunChloe LLC and the Kkaertalk app have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and fully comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We are fully committed to protecting children and ensuring our community remains a safe environment.
We explicitly prohibit users from generating, uploading, sharing, or storing any content that promotes, depicts, or encourages CSAE. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, and the offending content and user information will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
In-App Reporting & Feedback Mechanism: Kkaertalk provides functional, built-in in-app reporting and user blocking mechanisms that allow users to instantly report any harmful content or threats to child safety for immediate review and action by our dedicated team.
